Updates on the VFR project

Today my order from Polo-motorrad in Germany arrived. A new handlebar, some brakepads and sparkplugs. I went directly to the shed to testfit the bar. Top tip by a manual- or a smartphone - the thing saved me for allot of work. I can only say the Hondas engineers is a bunch of perfectionists. To dismantle the Clipons had to look in the manual because the entire end comes of. Well I got the bars fitted - The throttle cables needs to be rerouted but else it is a perfect fit !

 The white is from the Netherlands and found on Bikepics - A nice rebuild with a RC30 rear end and a USD fork. The engine is also tuned with carbs from a RC30 and other nice mods  

This Beauty is a VF1000R from the start but it has been modified with other bodywork and alot of other nice stuff - Found on google

New update - not to soon !

After a nice Christmas holiday we are back. Sorry for the missing entertainment..
The things that has happened since last update from me, is that the upper fork yoke has been delivered from germany and Ebay. The yoke was delivered with two new stainless brakediscs from ABM.
Looking forward to get this mounted

The MZ has also been sold ! This has happened because of other vintage projects and that if sold at the right time the bike would not have costed much to own..More will follow of the other vintage projects :)
