A grip-ing update ...
The VFR is slowly coming together and is soon to be ready for spring - as seen in the former update. Today i ordered the last parts for the handlebars - Renthal trialgrip, my personal favorite. I also mounted tape on the bars so that the consoles for lighting and buttons will stay firm in place. When the grips arrive from the UK the handlebar project will be done.
I also did a bit of work on the vintage italien ISO scooter. After a crankshaft change the treading on this was a bit damaged so today i did the final repair. I also test fitted the clutch and primary-chain and ignition
tomorrows project will be to make an oil change on the VFR and refit the farrings

Spark-plug and brake change
A top-tip is to change the sparks once a year. They get worn easy and a fine spark is the cheapest way to tune your bike.
I did that the other evening. It was a very productive day cause i also achieved to replace the brakepads and discs. The VFR just needs a oil and filter change and it will be ready for spring.
